A few years back, all of a sudden J K Ritheesh made it big in Kollywood by acting in films such as Nayagan and Kaanal Neer. But he vanished from cinema after entering politics and becoming a Lok Sabha MP, representing Ramanathapuram.
The actor-politician is now ready to make a comeback in Kollywood, with a film titled "Vettai Puli". 'The film is getting shape fast and the audio launch will take place soon,' says Ritheesh.
'I am waiting for the intra party polls of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam to get over. After emerging triumphant in that, I will re-start the works of "Vettai Puli", says Ritheesh, who is brimming with hope.
He adds: 'The film has got many messages. It will throw light on the travails of Tamils in various issues, right from the Eelam struggle to the Mullai Periyar dam row. My film may be banned in Kerala. But I am not bothered about it.'
