(Cover) - EN Showbiz - James Franco has released a video of him and Anne Hathaway performing a Grease-inspired dance routine.
James and Anne became two of the most talked-about people in Hollywood after it was revealed the talented pair would be co-presenting the 2011 Academy Awards.
The hotly-anticipated movie awards ceremony is due to take place this Sunday at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, and film fans have been desperately attempting to figure out what the pair have in store for audiences on the big night.
Now 32-year-old James has added fuel to the excitement by posting a video of him and Anne, 28, dancing on his recently acquired Twitter page. The short clip suggests the pair may be performing a homage to iconic 1978 musical movie Grease as the stars are wearing attire similar to the films stars John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John.
In the footage the pair are re-enacting the famous carnival scene at the end of the movie, where John and Olivias characters sing the anthem You're The One That I Want. Anne and James clip is only 19 seconds long, although Anne clad in tight-fitting leather trousers and boasting bouffant hair displays some impressive dance moves in that time.
Whatever the pair end up performing together on Sunday night, a fine performance can be expected, and Oscar producer Bruce Cohen has already made it clear the show will be spectacular.
They really play very well off of each other. Anne is like this hilarious Type-A overachiever who will just try anything, and James can just kind of look at her, and its funny. Thats part of their chemistry, and theyve been creative collaborators with all of us since the day we brought them on. That was part of the advantage of having two such talented, accomplished, and engaged folks, he has previously said. (C) Cover Media
