Jay-Z gave a hint as to what he got wife Beyonc Knowles for their four-year wedding anniversary.

The hip hop mogul was seen visiting celebrity jeweller Jacob Arabo in New York City yesterday.

Jay, 42, hugged the high profile owner of Jacob & Co. before jumping into his waiting SUV.

Sources told Us Weekly that he was indeed buying a present to celebrate their marriage especially as four is a special number for them.

Their three-month-old daughter Blue Ivy's name was inspired by the Roman numeral for four, IV, and both Beyonc and Jay's birthdays fall on the fourth of the month, September and December respectively.

Rihanna recently gushed about how much the little girl looks like her father.

"It's unreal," she told UK radio station Capital FM. "And she really is Jay-Z's twin. It's hilarious. She's beautiful."

Jacob is known for creating elaborate and pricy designs for his wealthy clientele which normally start at around $10,000.

He provides gems for people like Elton John, Kanye West and Diddy.
