(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jennifer Aniston can eat whatever she wants and still stay in shape.
The former Friends star has opened up about her regime to stay looking camera ready, which she seems to do with ease, in an interview with new! magazine.
She does not do any crazy Hollywood diets and does not have a magic formula, but simply knows what works for her.
"I've never been a fanatic when it comes to what I eat. I've always discovered that I can stay fit by avoiding junk foods and eating healthily, while running or exercising regularly. I don't have any formula," Jennifer told the publication.
The actress, who plays her raunchiest role yet in upcoming movie Horrible Bosses, loves to do yoga and at least 20 minutes of exercise a day which enables her not to have to count calories.
"If I exercise enough I can eat what I want and not worry about my weight or how I look. If I put on a few pounds, I just eat more fish and salads for a week and exercise four or five times a week as opposed to two or three times," she explained.
"The important thing is to stick to a healthy routine. I feel better after a good workout and it gives you more energy for the entire day."
The actress, who has had a tumultuous love life after her divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005, also tries not to worry or stress about things and just likes to "get on with her life".
She also revealed that had she not become an actress she would have had a career as a therapist because she likes having relationship discussions with friends especially over a bottle of wine.
Jennifer's new found zest for life and increased happiness is said to be because of her hot new romance with her Wonderlust co-star Justin Theroux, 39.
The pair have been seen wearing matching rings and he has reportedly moved into her Los Angeles home.
Known for her love of bad boys, Jennifer has followed in the footsteps of her new beau and got her first tattoo.
The ink on the inside of her right foot is her pet dog Norman's name who passed away in May after being her companion for several years. (C) Cover Media
