(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jewel enjoyed spending Mother's Day relaxing with her "two favourite men."

The songstress and her professional bull rider husband Ty Murray welcomed their son Kase Townes into the world last summer.

Mums were honoured in the US for Mother's Day last Sunday and Jewel relished every moment of her first experience as a matriarch on this holiday.

"It was magical," she told People magazine.

"I spent the day relaxing with my two favourite men, Ty and Kase. We hung out at the [family] ranch [in Texas] and enjoyed being outside with our animals and nature."

Jewel and Ty wed in the Bahamas back in 2008 and Kase is their first baby together.

The pregnancy had not been without drama for the star, who had struggled to conceive. Back in March 2011 she was hit by a fire truck, although fortunately hospital tests proved she and the unborn baby hadn't been harmed. (C) Cover Media
