(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Johnny Depp's friends are reportedly worried about him as his relationship seems so "fractured".

The Hollywood star has been with Vanessa Paradis since 1998 and they have two children together. There has been speculation the pair are going through a rough patch at the moment and the actor's close pals are apparently concerned about the effect it is having on him.

"Johnny isn't handling anything well right now," a source told RadarOnline.com.

"People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now.

"Johnny is so talented at acting, but he doesn't seem able to hide how badly things are going right now."

The site suggests Johnny and Vanessa may be close to ending their romance. It's claimed the 48-year-old has even sought professional advice about how best to deal with things should they decide to split.

"Johnny has started reaching out to lawyers, probably to quietly discuss how to get out of the relationship. They're not married but they've been together for years and have kids together so it isn't as easy as just breaking up," the insider explained. (C) Cover Media
