(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Justin Timberlake "got to be a kid" even though he was a child star.
The actor-and-singer famously began his career on Disney show The New Mickey Mouse Club aged just 11.
The star has had a number of accomplishments. His success with boyband N Sync was followed by an even bigger solo career and he is now pursuing acting. The 30-year-old doesn't regret any of his past choices.
"It sounds clichd but everybody had their own paths and this is mine," he told the British edition of Look magazine. "I'm not going to complain about anything and say that I missed out on my childhood because I didn't. I worked but I still got to be a kid."
The Club produced many of today's stars with Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and Ryan Gosling all completing a stint on the TV show.
Justin even remembers sharing a room with Ryan as a child.
"My mother was his guardian for one season of the show," he explained. "We did actually room together then. We were probably going through puberty weird long arms and stuff." (C) Cover Media
