(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Justin Timberlake has admitted to getting up to mischief with Ryan Gosling when the pair were younger.

The SexyBack singer, 30, co-starred with The Notebook actor on The Mickey Mouse Club in the 90s.

He reminisced about his bad boy behaviour on The Ellen DeGeneres Show which airs on Thursday.

"We used to do terrible things," Justin laughed. "We thought we were so cool.

"Looking back on them, they weren't as bad as I thought they were at the time. We stole a golf cart. And we were like, Yeah, man. We're stealing a golf cart!'

"We drove into MGM Studios, which is totally illegal by the way. I was like, What do you want to do thug? And Ryan was like, I don't know cuz' because that's definitely how we talked."

The two entertainers became close after Justin's mother, Lynn Harless, became Ryan's legal guardian for six months.

"His mother had to keep her job in Canada the second year that we were on the television show," Justin revealed. "We were probably a little closer than the rest of the kids that were on the show just because we had to share a bathroom."

Justin said that it had been "hard to keep up with" the talented actor since their childhood exploits but that he thought Ryan was "unbelievable" on the big screen.

"I think one of the best actors of our generation," he gushed.

The pair have also gone on to have relationships with some of Hollywood's most beautiful women. Justin has had relationships with Britney Spears, Cameron Diaz and Jessica Biel.

While Ryan has dated Sandra Bullock, Rachel McAdams and is now rumoured to be in a relationship with Eva Mendes. (C) Cover Media
