September 4, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Recently, Kaitlin Olson and her husband Rob McElhenney announced the birth of their first child Axel Lee. In a statement released soon after the birth, Olson revealed that she had to watch Philadelphia baseball player Ryan Howard hit a home-run before going into the labor room to have her baby. The couple was out to watch a Phillies/Dodger game on Tuesday night, and that's when the contractions started.
Olson reveals that the couple is truly excited about the new member of the family and considered themselves blessed to have such a beautiful son. At birth Axel Lee weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces. Olson is known for her 2010 film 'leap Year'. Olson is also very well known for playing the character of Becky on the sitcom 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'. Olson's husband McElhenney is credited as the creator, developer as well as the executive producer of the show 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia'.
The couple decided to leave the baseball game when the contractions became prolonged and they had to miss their baseball game. The couple started dating in 2006 and got married in September 2008. Both Olson and McElhenney looked happy and they are eager to tackle the duties of parenthood together.
