While other stars have been talking about the ways to save the environment by saving water and planting trees,  Kangana Ranaut is already doing her bit. The actress, who bought herself a swanky flat in Khar last year, is all set to convert her private pool into a garden.

The actress claims that having a pool means wastage of water and hence, she wants to utilise the water and space for better.

"Change starts at home; in my case, quite literally. I will be converting the pool into a personal garden space as water in a pool is wasted in large amounts," she said.

She further substantiated her claim stating that she wants to start with herself before inspiring others.

"India has been long suffering from a water crisis. While international stars have propagated the cause on various levels, as an Indian and as a public figure, I see it as my duty to do my bit to save water so that it reaches people who are in need of it," she added.
