Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has inked a deal of nine films with Fox Star Studios to be produced over a span of three years.
Dharma and Fox Star Studios will co-produce and distribute films worldwide. Karan, who made his magnum opus like 'My Name is Khan' and 'Student Of The Year' has an apt knowledge to balance between cinematic art and commercial aspect.
Apoorv Mehta, CEO of Dharma Productions, said, "It is by far the biggest collaboration that the Indian film industry has ever seen. With this strategic deal, Dharma has entered into a new phase of movie business which will provide a disruptive growth model for all the parties involved."
Karan Johar is currently busy with his lined up, most gossiped, 'Shuddhi' and 'Kapoor & Sons'.
