The reason behind her suddenly saying no to don a Bikini might be her beau Saif Ali Khan who is soon going to be her husband. Bebo is soon going to marry Saif and be the daughter in law of the Nawabs and a nawab bahu cannot really afford to don a bikini. Another reason might be that as we all know she is tired of being size zero and loves eating.
