Karthi Sivakumar, the man behind epic movies like 'Paiyaa' and 'Aayirathil Oruvan', finally talks about his next release 'Saguni'. 'It is a not an out and out political film as reported by the media. But politics is an integral part of it' said Karthi.

He adds, “Saguni will be a lively entertainer. My character in the film is inspired by Lord Krishna in Mahabharatha. Santhanam's role will remind Lord Naradha. The film will be a laugh riot and at the same will tough a serious subject.”

Saguni is produced by K.E.Gnanavaelraja of Studio Green and will be directed by newcomer Shankar Dayal. G.V.Prakash Kumar has composed the music, while Parineetha plays the leading lady.
