After a controversial and disastrous birthday celebration three years back, Katrina Kaif has finally moved on in life. For the ones who were unaware of this incident, let us explain. Just three years back, Katrina's then boyfriend, Salman Khan had thrown a party and invited almost the whole of Bollywood, including Shahrukh Khan, to celebrate. Never would have Katrina dreamt in her wildest dreams, that her B-day would turn out to be a battle field for Shahrukh and Salman, who got into an ugly spat at the party. Thereafter Katrina took a decision that she'll never celebrate her special day in Mumbai with her industry friends.

Keeping her word for the past two years, she has been spending her birthday either working or spending time with family in London. Now Katrina has let bygones be bygones and is all set to throw a big bash for her industry pals and family. The whole idea sprung up because her upcoming film 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', releases on her birthday this year. Katrina's birthday is on 16th July and the film releases a day after, on 17th July 2011. Hence Katrina thought that celebrating birthday along with her film this year, would be just perfect.

Katrina has decided to keep the guest list very simple, she'll only invite people who are close to her and has made an impact in her life. She's not going to be formal and invite the whole industry.
