(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Keira Knightley is reportedly feeling violated after her home was burgled.

The 25-year-old British actress has a stunning 1.3 million apartment in central London which she shares with her brother.

The burglary is said to have happened on October 26, although Keira was not at the house at the time as she has was in Italy promoting new movie Last Night before going away on holiday.

It is thought the thieves took two laptops, and may have spent up to an hour rummaging through the stars personal belongings. The incident is said to have left Keira feeling scared about returning to the dwelling.

Keira is mortified to think anyone has been rummaging around her personal stuff. She feels violated and doesn't know if she wants to return to the property," a senior police source told British newspaper The Sun.

It is thought the thieves entered the building after managing to push open a faulty communal door. They then forced open the internal door which led to Keiras home.

The police do not think the actress was targeted because of her fame. (C) Cover Media
