Keira left school at a young age and admits that this decision has always annoyed her. But she feels she is making amends for it now.

I left school at 16 so my education is on me, the 25-year-old told Elle magazine. I find my work is a great way of completing a kind of education, because it leads me into reading about psychology or history. At the moment its the Depression.

Not long after leaving the classroom Keira had the urge to try and make up for her academic shortfall.

The star attempted to read Leo Tolstoys lengthy novel, War and Peace, and while she enjoyed it, she admits it was quite challenging.

When I first left school, because I felt like such an idiot for having left, I thought, Right, Ive got to do something that makes me not feel like an idiot. I know what Ill do, Ill tackle War and Peace, Keira explained. And I loved it, but it did take me a very long time to read. (C) Cover Media
