(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kelly Osbourne is reportedly "getting engaged" soon.

The 27-year-old E! Fashion Police host has been dating vegan chef Matthew Mosshart for nearly a year now, after the pair met at Kate Moss' wedding last summer.

And Us Weekly reports that the former New York based culinary expert has now made the move to Kelly's base in Los Angeles.

"They've really gotten serious in the past few months," a pal told the publication. "I could see them getting engaged in the near future. They are very much in love."

Kelly has not had much luck with lovers in the past. She had a bitter break up with former fianc Luke Worrall who she accused of cheating on her.

"Matthew is such a sweet guy," the insider added about Kelly's new beau.

Matthew is the brother of Kills frontwoman Alison Mosshart.

Kelly has introduced Matthew to her parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, who are believed to approve of the romance.

"Matthew is the first guy Kelly has ever brought home that every single one of her friends and family like," a source said earlier this year. "And he's also the first boyfriend with whom she's had a close relationship with his family." (C) Cover Media
