Kim Kardashian has called Jon Hamm's comments about her "careless."

The 31-year-old reality star was upset after the Man Men actor told the April issue of Elle UK that celebrities like Kim and Paris Hilton were "celebrated" for their "stupidity."

But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians starlet took to her Twitter page to let her near 14 million followers know that she would not stand for the remarks.

"I just heard about the comment Jon Hamm made about me in an interview," she wrote on the social networking site.

"I respect Jon and I am a firm believer that everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that not everyone takes the same path in life."

"We're all working hard and we all have to respect one another.

"Calling someone who runs their own businesses, is part of a successful TV show, produces, writes, designs, and creates, stupid,' is in my opinion careless (sic)."

Kim's reality co-star and public relations executive Jonathan Cheban tweeted, "Who's Jon Hamm??" to which her mother Kris Jenner replied, "EXACTLY!! (sic)"
