(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kim Kardashian and her mother spent around $100,000 on handbags yesterday.

The 29-year-old reality television star went on a decadent shopping spree in the glamorous French capital city of Paris with her mother Kris Jenner.

According to a report on the website TMZ, the pair purchased seven luxurious handbags in total from French designer store Hermes.

It is thought the shopaholics fell in love with the stores iconic Birkin bags, which are named after the British actress/singer Jane Birkin and are considered one of the worlds most stylish accessories.

Kim and Kris supposedly purchased six Birkin bags at around $10,000 each, before Kim reportedly splashed out a whopping $30,000 on a rare crocodile-skin bag from the store.

Kim is famous for her high-maintenance appearance, and was recently named the highest-earning reality television personality of last year. (C) Cover Media
