Kim Kardashian's mum reportedly thinks Kanye West's "high profile" could do "wonders" for her daughter's image.

Kim and Kanye have been romantically linked in the past, with reports the long-time friends are now dating.

Kim's mom Kris Jenner is said to be delighted about the union.

"Kris must be aware that Kanye's high profile could do wonders for Kim's image. Added to that, I'm sure she thinks he's a smart businessman and can help Kim with all her product lines, as well as actually being very nice and taking care of her," a family source revealed to British magazine more!

Kanye is also said to be thrilled about the Kardashian's famously close-knit family dynamic.

"I think he loves how Kim's family has embraced him, especially Kris, who's like a surrogate mother to him after his own died suddenly in 2007. It's just another part of Kim's appeal to him," the source continued.

Although Kim's sister Khlo has publicly expressed her delight at the two getting closer, behind closed doors the star is said to have reservations about the burgeoning romance. Khlo reportedly believes the relationship is moving too fast.

"Kanye's great for Kim's ego and I've no doubt she thinks he's brilliant," an insider revealed. "I've heard she's telling friends she's been walking on cloud nine since their romance has heated up. Kanye's clearly besotted with Kim and would do anything for her, including, I think, becoming a father."
