(Cover) - EN Star Style - Kimberly Wyatt has encouraged women to embrace their natural selves.

The 28-year-old star catapulted to international fame in pop group the Pussycat Dolls, and now fronts new group Her Majesty & The Wolves. Kimberly believes it is time for women to stop conforming to the pressures put on them to look good by society, by avoiding going under the knife to have plastic surgery or hiding their features with heavy make-up.

Kimberly feels she is under extra pressure to look good, as celebrities are expected to look their best at all times. If we dont start embracing our natural selves, who is? Who is going to make that change? she asked during an interview on British television show Lorraine. Women in this industry are under so much pressure to look perfect all the time.

The beautiful star has previously spoken about the criticism she received over her appearance when she was first starting out. Kimberly occasionally suffered negative comments from people in the music industry, ranging from remarks about her body type to facial features, but the strong-willed celebrity didnt let it get her down.

Oh my goodness, Ive been told that Im too fat, my boobs arent big enough, that my face isnt good enough so I was going to be edited out of all the shots I was in. The list goes on and on, she said. It did knock my confidence, but it also made me determined to prove them wrong. (C) Cover Media
