Kourtney Kardashian "feels so blessed" to be expecting a baby girl.
The reality TV star announced that she was pregnant with her second child with partner Scott Disick in November of last year. The pair currently have two-year-old son Mason together.
After weeks of speculation, Kourtney has now confirmed her baby's gender, and is thrilled to be welcoming a daughter into the world later this year.
"We feel so blessed to be having a little girl and to be able to share this new experience with Mason," Kourtney gushed to e! Online.
Earlier this month it was rumoured Kourtney's unborn child was a girl.
"Kourtney was hoping for a girl," an insider told American publication Life & Style at the time. "'She loves having a boy but thinks having a girl would be perfect so she can dress her up and show her the ropes in life."
Kourtney's younger sister Kendall Jenner also spoke of her desire to welcome another female into the family.
"I want [Kourtney] to have a girl," she previously explained.
"It would be so cute because when they're older, Mason could be like the protective big brother. And I feel like Kourtney could have fun with a girl - dress her up in little tutus and everything."
The new arrival is expected in late spring.
