(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kourtney Kardashian is not fretting over her pregnancy weight just yet.

The 33-year-old reality star and her partner Scott Disick welcomed their second child, daughter Penelope, on July 8. The couple are also parents to two-year-old son Mason.

Kourtney piled on the pounds while she was carrying Penelope.

"I gained nearly 45 pounds. I'm 5 feet tall, so that's a lot," she told Us Weekly magazine. "While I'm here around the house, I just eat healthy."

Kourtney pulled her son Mason out of her own womb while she was in labour with him. The star repeated the action with Penelope.

"[Labour with Penelope was] really easy," Kourtney shared.

"She was coming out, and I was thinking, I should pull her. With Mason, I had no idea I was going to do that. This time, I thought, this is what I'm supposed to do."

Kourtney thinks Penelope's features favour the Kardashians.

"When I first saw her little face it's just so crazy!" she gushed.
