Kristin Cavallari has only just got re-engaged to fianc Jay Cutler but she is going to be separated from him on Christmas Day.

The reality star and the Chicago Bears football player announced earlier this month that they were officially back together after breaking up for three months soon after he first presented her with a ring.

But the Dancing With The Stars contestant told E! Online that they will not be spending the special day together because of work commitments

"He's going to be in Green Bay," Kristin revealed adding that her beau will be playing a game against the Packers in Wisconsin. "It's difficult with the football schedule."

But the blonde beauty said that she will get to spend lots of quality time with him despite the Christmas Day game as he is still recovering from a broken thumb that has meant he has had to sit out on recent games.

"I'll be in Chicago for about a month," Kristin explained. "My mom and that whole side of my family is there and then Jay is obviously there."

Although when they were first engaged back in May Kristin was on the fast track with her wedding plans, she says they are now taking things more slowly.

"We haven't set a date," she revealed. "We're just enjoying being engaged."
