Filmmaker Kunal Kohli heaved a big sigh of relief as the Mumbai High Court gave him the permission to release his upcoming film, 'Phir Se', as the film was entangled in copyright infringement issue.
The court allowed Kohli to release the film under the condition that he deposit Rs.50 lakh in court. A stay order passed on this issue was set aside as the film's story was deemed to be a copy.
Finally, it was proved that the script of the film did not breach any confidentiality clause and was not a copy.
