Lady Gaga's ex-boyfriend is said to be trying hard to win her back.

The American singer has enjoyed an on/off romance with bartender Luc Carl over the last few years. They parted ways earlier this year and she's now thought to be dating Vampire Diaries star Taylor Kinney, but Luc is said to be keen to reignite their romance.

He is opening a New York City nightclub later this month and has a fitness guide in the works, both of which have surprised the singer. Those close to the pair now think it's likely they'll reunite at some point.

"When Lady Gaga and Luc's lives match a little better, I think they'll get back together forever. They've always had an intense bond," an insider said.

Gaga and Luc apparently struggled to make things work due to their different outlooks. While she was focused on her career and securing worldwide stardom, Luc was more interested in partying with his pals.

"Luc has always been really ambitious, but he's been caught up in the party world for a lot of their relationship," the insider explained to National Enquirer.
