Lenora Crichlow says training for her new movie was "tough" at times.

The British actress stars as Shania, a streetwise runner, in the Olympic themed film Fast Girls.

Lenora's character is under a lot of pressure in the film and she was able to relate to her plight at times.

"Yes, I injured myself training and wasn't able to do everything I wanted to, which was tough. It must be devastating for athletes who have to deal with that all the time," she told British magazine more!

Lenora believes a healthy physique is more important than a super-slim appearance. The 27-year-old star thinks it's horrible when Hollywood stars gets bullied for the way they look.

"Taking criticism of any kind isn't easy. You'll never please everyone - and the people who obsess over your appearance aren't important," she said.

Lenora stars in the Damian Jones-directed Fast Girls alongside Lily James and Noel Clarke.
