September 11, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Leonardo DiCaprio has finally managed to get a restraining order for the psycho stalker woman who claimed to be his wife. In a recent ruling, the Los Angeles judge extended the tenure of the pre-existing restraining order against Livia Bistriceanu, who has disturbed Leo on numerous occasions.
Recently, the woman had claimed to be Leo's wife and said she was pregnant with Leo's love child 'Jesus'. Livia allegedly sent several love letters to Leo in the past but the actor had had enough so he appealed for a restraining order. The L.A. judge ordered Livia to stay at least 100 yards away from the Inception superstar, his residence and his place of business until September 10, 2013.
The move will be surely welcomed by Leo and his celebrity Supermodel (did we mention superhot?) girlfriend, Bar Rafaeli, as this might put an end to the stalking issues. Neither Bistriceanu nor DiCaprio turned up in court and Judge Carol Boas Goodson gave out the ruling right away.
In his August 25 petition for the restraining order, DiCaprio said "I do not know and I am personally not acquainted with Ms. Livia Bistriceanu and I have no desire to have any contact with her. Given this obsessive and harassing behavior, I am frightened of Ms. Bistriceanu and feel that my personal safety and of those around me, is in jeopardy."
We hope Ms. Bistriceanu stays away from Mr. DiCaprio in the future.
