Sam proposed to Lily, 25, on Christmas Day on the beach while the pair enjoyed a romantic break in the Far East.

The couple have been dating since July 2009 and Lily was shocked and overjoyed by Sams proposal.

"Lily is absolutely beaming and emotional at the same time. She had no idea Sam was going to propose and said 'Yes' instantly, a source told the British newspaper The Sun.

The pair experienced tragedy last month when Lily suffered a miscarriage with the baby she had been carrying for six months.

Since then Sam has supported her and now she is looking forward to marrying him.

"He's been her rock for her since the couple lost their baby and she can't wait to spend the rest of her life with him," the source said. (C) Cover Media
