Lindsay Lohan's assault accuser is "anxious to let the evidence speak for itself."

Marisa claims that Lindsay physically attacked her at The Standard Hotel in Los Angeles Thursday April 5. Marisa formally filed a police report on the alleged incident on Saturday.

Lindsay has denied that she was anywhere near the club that night, claiming she was at home watching TV.

Marisa's lawyer Mark Haushalter accuses Lindsay of being dishonest about her whereabouts.

"My client Marisa Dugas, has given the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department pictures of injuries that were inflicted by Lindsay Lohan," Mark told Radar Online. "We are anxious to see the surveillance video which we feel will prove that Lindsay Lohan was at the nightclub and the evidence will speak for itself."

"Marisa did nothing to provoke Lindsay, and she was shoved when her back was turned. She took issue with Marisa talking to a young man that was sitting with a group around Lindsay. Lindsay is blatantly lying, she was most definitely at the club that night."

Lindsay and her legal team contend that they are being extremely truthful.

"Whomever is responsible for this lie will be held accountable for their misguided actions," Lindsay's representatives told the website earlier this week. "We're going to wait for the Sheriff's Department to release their findings before we comment any further."
