(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan is heading back to court this morning over "concerns" about her probation.

The 25-year-old actress has been ordered to a Los Angeles progress report hearing by Judge Stephanie Sautner, according to RadarOnline.

Lindsay's spokesperson Steve Honig confirmed to the site that Lindsay will be in court but would not elaborate on the reason for her appearance.

"The City Attorney has raised concerns about Lindsay's probation, which will be discussed in court. The City Attorney asked Judge Sautner to order Lindsay to appear," a source told the site.

Lindsay's progress report hearing has been scheduled at the LAX Airport Courthouse and it is said that typically a defendant isn't required to appear at such a hearing unless there is an issue.

The actress was released from 35 days on house arrest on June 29 after entering a no contest plea to stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California, jewellery store back in January.

Lindsay was originally sentenced to 120 days in jail but instead ended up serving her time in her luxury rented home due to jail overcrowding. (C) Cover Media
