Michael Jackson's nephew 'seeks guardianship of kids'

24th July 2012

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Michael Jackson's nephew TJ Jackson is reportedly in the process of trying to get temporary guardianship of the late singer's three kids.

The famous family appear to be in disarray currently with matriarch Katherine Jackson being reported missing and not having contact with her grandchildren for over a week. Her son Jermaine says she's fine and resting in Arizona.

Some of Michael's siblings turned up at the family home in California yesterday and there seemed to be conflict between them and the children.

Paris, Prince and Blanket apparently all want TJ to be their guardian because they essentially believe that Katherine has been kidnapped by her offspring, according to TMZ.

The site claims that TJ, 34, who is the son of Michael's brother Tito, has acted like a parent to them and love them like his own children.

The Michael Jackson Estate is also said to be concerned about the current situation and are willing to support TJ's bid for temporary guardianship.

"I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers," TJ tweeted to Paris recently. "We will keep trying. I love you."

On a side note, TJ was Kim Kardashian's first love and they went to prom together when they were younger. (C) Cover Media
