November 26, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Model and actor Milind Soman will not be a part of the crew of Alankrita Shrivastava's debut venture. According to reports doing the rounds in the media, Milind Soman had initially given his consent to the upcoming role, but stepped out of the project at the last moment because he could not shed those inhibitions clouding his mind. The actor was actually roped in to play the role of a gigolo in the upcoming Bollywood flick and as per the statements of Milind Soman, he is now too old to shed his clothes on screen!

Alankrita Shrivastava, however, says that she would like to differ with the actor because she feels that Milind Soman is still one man in the industry who is a great combination of beauty and body and the ideal face for a male prostitute. But it seems like not only the lingerie offered to the actor but also the fact that he would have to match steps to an item number made Milind Soman decide that the best way for him to escape the embarrassment was to opt out of the film.

Last heard, a newcomer named Vicky has replaced Milind Soman in the Alankrita Shrivastava film. When contacted, all Milind Soman had to say was he had crossed the age when he could groove to item numbers and be comfortable about shedding his clothes for a film role.
