(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Molly Sims is planning the "wedding of the century".

The 38-year-old model and actress is planning to tie the knot with fianc Scott Stuber in the coming months.

Announcing their engagement in May this year, Molly is underway with her wedding preparations, which she jokes will be incredibly glamourous and star-studded.

"It's an entire wedding filled with celebrities," laughed Molly to E! at the New Balance store opening in New York City on Wednesday. "It's the wedding of the century. They are all celebrities, and they are all singing!"

Molly is planning on hosting her intimate wedding in Napa Valley, California this fall, which is famed for being an incredibly placid natural setting. Although the location for the nuptials may be pristine, the wedding preparation is a little more chaotic. She thanks her planners for being so efficient.

"Yifat Oren and Stephanie Cove are the single best wedding planners in the United States," said Molly.

"Hands down. Their whole mantra is like, perfectly messed up. It's amazing."
