Naga Chaitanya, whose last film "Bejawada" was very well accepted by the audiences , has been harping on his forthcoming film "Autonagar Surya". The shooting of the film is in progress in Chanchalguda jail in the city.

Chaitanya,  has earlier played varied roles ranging from a lover boy to a gangster. He made a good attempt at it in the film "Bejawada". As per sources it is said that he is now trying his luck with this new film, which is also being made with 'Bejawada' (Vijayawada) as a backdrop and is all about labor unions.

This new venture is directed by Deva Katta with Samantha Prabhu roped in as the lead actress.
