Molly Sims says giving birth was the "happiest day" of her life.

The gorgeous actress-and-model welcomed a baby boy into the world on Tuesday.

Molly and her husband Scott Stuber are delighted with the latest addition to their family.

"Scott and I could not be happier, and can't wait to watch our little guy grow and see the world through his eyes," Molly wrote on her website in a post titled The Happiest Day of My Life. "He weighs in at just over 7 lbs...and I could just eat him up he's so sweet!"

The 39-year-old star is relishing her new role as a mother and is looking forward to seeing her son develop.

"The past nine months have already been an incredible journey, and we are so excited for everything to come!" Molly added.

The couple are yet to announce the baby's name but Molly recently revealed that she and Scott had been arguing over the subject.

"He wants to meet him [first]," Molly said. "But I'm like, We're going to be too stressed in the hospital!' We had a little bit of an argument on that."
