Nicole Scherzinger bans corsets

(Cover) - EN Star Style - Nicole Scherzinger has banned the corset from her wardrobe.

The singer is well known for being in raunchy girl band Pussycat Dolls, who were renowned for appearing scantily clad in their promos. She now has a successful solo career, which means Nicole has changed her image. While she doesn't regret any of her previous style choices, she's glad she can now wear things she's more comfortable in when working.

"People pinhole me around the image we created for the Pussycat Dolls. And that's not me at all. Gone is the D&G and no more corsets! My everyday look is very natural; boho-rock meets lounge-chic. My wardrobe is full of lace dresses and biker boots in the flesh, I'm fresher and far more low-maintenance," she told the August edition of UK magazine InStyle.

The 33-year-old is in great shape, but she doesn't diet. She doesn't believe in restricting what she eats, explaining she's tried all the well-known diets around and none of them have helped her shift pounds.

Instead she's worked hard to accept her body, and also uses exercise to keep her figure svelte.

"I try to take care of myself. I sleep, drink lots of water, moisturise. I run like crazy when I need to put my head straight. I dance whenever I can. I get a massage which is a tall order because my body's tough, I need the strongest you can get," she explained.

"I don't like my knees too much. I don't like my thighs too much, nor the backs of my legs the normal stuff." (C) Cover Media
