(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Nina Dobrev has admitted that she likes more mature men.

The 23-year-old actress is dating her Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder who is 10 years her senior.

And she told Fashion magazine that the age difference is just perfect for her.

"I like to be challenged," she shared. "I like to be inspired and constantly be learning."

"I feel like when I'm with someone who's older than me they have a certain amount of experience in life.

"There's a maturity. There's a different sort of knowledge that they bring to a relationship and the conversations are very different."

Nina and Ian have both been touted to possibly get roles in the eagerly anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey movie but she's said that she would not want to portray Anastasia Steele to her boyfriend's Christian Grey.

"I think it would be better [if] either he should get it or I should get it," she told MTV adding that she would not want to do the raunchy scenes with her beau. (C) Cover Media
