P. Diddy made his guests change into slippers before partying at his house recently as he has a "no shoe rule".
The rapper is renowned for throwing lavish bashes but it seems at 42 he has had enough of tidying up after such events.
The house-proud hip-hop star organised a party at his Miami mansion on Saturday night, but no outdoor footwear was allowed into the property.
"The music titan threw a raging party with Ciroc Vodka at his Star Island mansion in Miami on Saturday night during Ultra Music Festival - and all had to wear slippers," reports New York Post.
Hordes of female guests turned up to the fashionable event dressed in their best shoes, from towering heels and glittering wedges to stiletto boots. All were stopped before their set foot inside Diddy's home and handed a replacement pair of shoes which wouldn't harm the star's floors.
"There is a no shoe rule," a source explained to the publication. "Everyone gets slippers as they enter."
Guests at the party included DJs Felix da Housecat and Erick Morillo.
Earlier this year, Diddy organised a party at the infamous Playboy Mansion to celebrate the Grammy Awards.
Some tickets cost $50,000, with buyers indulging in a free bar and having 15 models look after them all night.
The star will spend time in the UK this summer and has already publicly asked Britain's Prince Harry to help his stay go with a bang.
"I need him to take me to some of those wild Mayfair clubs!" Diddy previously laughed.
