(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner locked lips at the MTV Movie Awards last night.

Robert and his Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart also his girlfriend took home the Best Kiss prize for the third year in a row. Each time they've triumphed they've teased the audience by almost, but not quite, smooching on stage.

This year was no different, with Robert initially teasing Kristen about her feelings for him. "I feel bad because I don't feel like kissing you," he said on stage. "You don't want to kiss me, do you?"

She replied: "Well, it's been a long time and I think maybe we should finally go for it."

Robert didn't agree, saying there was someone else there who "would appreciate" the kiss more. He then ran across the room to fellow Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner and locked lips with him.

When they finished, Taylor was quick to rub at his mouth. Robert then returned to Kristen, who began laughing and running away from him.

"What? I want to take you back stage!" he laughed.

It was a big night for Robert, who also won the Best Male Performance. Zac Efron was in the running for the prize for his part in Charlie St. Cloud and Robert was amazed to triumph. Later, he admitted much as he was happy with the gong he wished he'd made more effort with his acceptance speech.

"I'm just trying to come up with something funny to say to all of these. I p**sied out on my first one and said nothing," he laughed.

It was a big night for the Twilight cast as a whole, as they revealed the first trailer for upcoming movie The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1. A clip from the final Harry Potter movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 was also shown at the ceremony held in Los Angeles. (C) Cover Media
