(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Rod Stewarts pregnant wife Penny Lancaster says she is feeling fantastic.

In July it was announced the couple are expecting a baby, which will be the rockers eighth child. The 65-year-old and his 39-year-old wife already have four-year-old son Alastair together and Penny says she is coping well with the pregnancy so far.

She cant wait to welcome the new arrival into the world and revealed Rod is also looking forward to the birth.

Im feeling fantastic, she told British television show Daybreak. I have my 20-week scan tomorrow which I am feeling really excited about and all is going well. Rod is equally as excited.

Penny went on to pay tribute to Tony Curtis, who died last Wednesday aged 85 after suffering a cardiac arrest. The model-and-photographer says Rod was good friends with the Hollywood legend when they were younger and the pair often partied late into the night together. During one wild bash, Rod and Tony consumed so much alcohol they ended up dancing with furniture.

I never got the opportunity to meet him, but Rod did tell me a passing story that was quite amusing, Penny explained. One evening there was a big party going on at Rods house and I think they were one of the last people to be left still drinking at the bar.

They decided to pick up the bar stools and were dancing around the room with the bar stools together you can imagine that picture cant you?!

More than 400 people attended Tonys funeral in Nevada yesterday. Celebrities including actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger, comedian Rich Little and Vera Goulet, widow of Broadway singer Robert Goulet, turned out to pay their respects to the late actor. (C) Cover Media
