Pooja Gandhi's legal attempts regarding the issue of remuneration for her film, 'Nee Illadhe', has fallen flat. With 'Nee Illadhe' being Pooja's eighth flop film in a row, it is sad as the areas of distribution for this film - Mangalore and Hyderabad in Karnataka – have found absolutely no takers! Earlier, the court had offered her a cheque worth Rs. 2 lakhs and one area for distribution for her film. However, Pooja demanded 4 lakhs pre-release, making the director cum quasi producer, Shivaganapathi, getting a caveat for his film release. Finally the issue was taken to court, where Pooja Gandhi accepted two areas for distribution. She will now have to pay from her own pockets for this distribution.
