Actress Preity Zinta, who returned to India from the US on Sunday, refused to speak to the media and asked them to not seek any comments from her or her staff on the Ness Wadia case.

Preity took on to social media to convey this message to everyone.

"Exhausted but happy to finally be back home in Mumbai. I'd like to apologize to the media but it will not be possible for me to make any comments or statements as this investigation is still on. Pls co operate & PLEASE don't call my staff or friends non stop as they have requested me to make this appeal to you all on their behalf. Thank you," she tweeted and posted on her Facebook page.

The actress also avoided any sort of interaction with media persons waiting for her at Mumbai airport.

Preity, who was supposed to return from the US after a month, had to return to India as the Police wanted to record the FIR against Wadia which she had filed on June 13.
