(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Britain's Duke of Cambridge will announce a collaboration with international charity ARK next week, says an insider.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to attend their first official public event since returning from their honeymoon in the Seychelles at next week's 10th Absolute Return for Kids gala dinner.
The glamorous event will take place on June 9 at Perks Field, near Kensington Palace, and an insider has told People that William will announce a collaboration between his foundation and ARK.
The foundation was set up in 2009 so that William and his brother Harry could distribute money to causes they feel passionately about.
Meanwhile ARK (Absolute Return for Kids), focuses on areas such as education, health and child protection.
In a statement the palace explains that William's foundation and ARK "share a common vision and commitment to transform the lives of disadvantaged children in the UK and around the world".
William and Catherine, who he married last month at Westminster Abbey, will pay tribute to ARK's achievements as the charity celebrates its tenth year. (C) Cover Media
