Priyanka Chopra who is all set to release her debut international music album (currently in the making) is also set to make her debut as a singer in the film fraternity.

The actress who plays the lead in the remake of the Amitabh Bachchan starrer 'Zanjeer', we hear, will be lending her voice for a track in the film.

A source close to the film confirmed that Pee Cee will start recording for the song only once the recording for her international album is completed.

However, the song that the actress will lend her voice to is yet to be decided. Earlier, there were talks of re-recording one of the tracks from the original in Priyanka's voice, but Priyanka wanted to sing something original, so the idea was dropped.

Ever since the news about Priyanka's singing abilities has leaked out, she has been flooded with offers to sing for Hindi films. But she is under contract, which refrains her from being heard singing on any public platform until the release of her international album. 

Hmm, we wonder how the 'Zanjeer' team managed to convince this versatile beauty.
