The legendary celebrity stylist has revealed her tips to the best footwear around this year and has picked out her top five choices. Rachel insists now is the perfect time to experiment with something new and brighten up a dull wardrobe with some fashion-forward footwear. She believes choosing two new pairs of shoes will help to update any look without having to hand over too much money.

Her selections include a wedge, platform pump and even a pair of flats, but she is hoping people will dare to brave a tall showstopper of a shoe this year.

Rachel advises buying a pair in neutral colours as the tones will continue to be a popular choice for months to come.
