Radhika Pandit's lucky mascot

19th July 2011
Guess who happens to be actress Radhika Pandit's lucky mascot? Director Shashank, who gave her an author-backed role in her debut film "Moggina Manasu and then later repeated her in the hit "Krishnan Love Story"? Or Director Prashant, who presented her as a modern chick with a good heart in "Love Guru"? After all, Radhika won the Filmfare award for all the three films by her fantastic performance…It happens to be Sagar Theatre, located on Kempegowda Road! All the three films were released in Sagar and went on to do roaring business and gain immense fan following.

A belief that Sagar Theatre is lucky began circulating soon after "Mungaru Male" which got released there became one of the biggest blockbusters of all the time. Producers are known to wait and release their films in this particular theatre and now, "Krishnan Marriage Story" released last week has had a fantastic opening. Will it join other super-duper films like "Super" is a matter of discussion.

For now, Sagar theatre is also basking in Radhika Pandit's achievement of bagging three filmfare awards in a row!
