Rajamouli sets his eyes on Warangal

Recently a promotional event was held celebrating the success of the movie 'Eega' and the entire cast and crew were present to grace the event.

During the function, S. S. Rajamouli stated that he will be making a movie set in the backdrop of Warangal during the Kakatiya period.

This announcement was made earlier too during a grand function celebrating the success of 'Magadheera' that he would direct a period drama but he was waiting for the right time as he wanted to polish his directorial skills.

Rajamouli further added that there are a lot of locations in Warangal that are great for film shoots.

The film team that comprised of producer Daggubati Suresh and actor Sudeep, visited the Ashok theatre in Hanamkonda and Ramlakshman theatre in Warangal. Greeting Rajamouli on the occasion, artist Srinivas presented him with a miniature of a fly made of gold.
