Rangoon featuring Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan will go on floors on November 15, 2015. Film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Vishal Bhardwaj, Rekha Bhardwaj, Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan, Anurag Kashyap.
