(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Rebecca Gayheart admits she is less "neurotic" during her second pregnancy.

The 40-year-old actress has one child, 18-month-old daughter Billie Beatrice Dane, with husband Eric Dane. The couple announced that they are expecting their second baby in July.

Rebecca is taking a very different approach this time round. Since she already has one child to care for, she is not obsessing about details of the pregnancy like she did before Billie was born.

"What's made [this pregnancy] different is that I'm very focused on Billie so I'm not very focused on [the pregnancy]. I'm not as neurotic," Rebecca told People magazine on Thursday at the Happy Chaos book launch party in Beverly Hills, California.

Rebecca admits that when she was expecting Billie, she was slightly obsessive compulsive about many things. All the novel feelings associated with first time motherhood were exacerbated. Nowadays she is feeling a little less anxious.

"[With Billie] I was micromanaging everything I was eating and every little symptom I was feeling. And this pregnancy I just know everything's OK," Rebecca explained.

Rebecca is planning on maintaining her stress-free approach after her new baby arrives in the winter months. Although perfection would be nice to achieve, Rebecca knows that being flawless is close to impossible.

"Hopefully I'll be like that with the second baby, as well," Rebecca said. "Because the first baby you just want to do it all perfectly. And you can't." (C) Cover Media
